He is a frequent guest lecturer at top universities including: MIT, Harvard, Wharton, and Columbia Business School. He has also contributed to the admissions process at MIT.

Ajay partners with our counseling team as a mentor, offering high-level perspective on students’ profiles and applications.

Ratnadeep Gopal Adivrekar
Art Expert

Ratnadeep Gopal Adivrekar, grew up in Mumbai, India, he received first class in BFA from Sir J.J. School of Arts in 1997. He is recipient of several prestigious awards like ‘The Governors Prize’, ‘Bendre-Hussain Scholarship’ and honoured with ‘MVUVM Award’ for Achievement in the field of Art.

With a remarkable body of paintings worked upon over three decades shown in several Museums around the world.The artist works in Mumbai, India; Dubai, UAE and Germany.

Passionate about education and access, he has coached high school students in coding and design and brings a strong research-driven approach.

Vedika Kanchan co-founded Vera Healthcare in February 2023, leading the development of AI-driven solutions for early detection and diagnosis of chronic diseases. With experience across global digital health startups, she brings adaptability and cross-cultural communication to innovation. Previously, as a behavioral science researcher at Stanford University, she designed mobile interventions for bias detection, fueling her commitment to social impact and mentorship.
